The staff are flexible, understandable, so nice and friendly. The lady even checked me in earlier before their opening hours, because I wasn't able to come for check-in during the opening hours. The hostel is really good and beautiful. The staff is very very nice. We were late to check in, but they left the keys for us, and were very quick to respond. The breakfast was simple but delicious, all the products were of very good quality.
