Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Boasting a bar and views of mountain, Schutzenbach Backpackers For Adults 18-35 is situated in Lauterbrunnen, 16 km from Grindelwald Terminal. it has common kitchen where you can cook! staff particularly tina(forgot the name, lady with a dog Murphy) is very accomodating. explains everything needed and help us in everything we need.

Hostel Sonnenhof Wengen er staðsett í Lauterbrunnen og býður upp á garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og ókeypis WiFi hvarvetna á gististaðnum. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. We had room number one and woke up with an amazing view onto the alps so close you can almost touch them. The kitchen is really well equipped. We picked up some supplies for breakfast. Instant coffee, sugar, salt, herbal teas were already there in abundance. Plus they sell local cheese directly from the kitchen fridge. Also, when we left, I had forgotten my purse! The owner came running after us (a good 500 m) to bring it to me! That's what I call SERVICE!

Staff very friendly. They include a free bus ticket for going to the center. Perfect place to go with children. A corner area full of toys.

Offering a restaurant, a bar and a terrace where guests can dine during summer, Happy Inn Lodge is located in Interlaken’s centre. In winter, a shuttle service to the surrounding ski areas is... Staff, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, Internet. All perfect. Spent 7 days there and had a lot of fun. Their restaurant is also great. They made me the best caipirinha I ever had in Europe.

Situated in a historic building only 100 metres from the famous Zytglogge Tower, the Bern Backpackers Hotel Glocke can be found right in the centre of the city. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, beds are really comfortable. The location is beyond perfect! 😍
