The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated. Amazing. The staff was super professional, friendly, and welcoming. The hostel is well organized. Everything you need for a good night. The view from the dorm was amazing, with the bell sound. The breakfast is good enough. Different types of bread, tea , coffee, orange juice butter, cream cheese, yogurt, Céréales. The parking is 5F a super price for Switzerland! The reception help with the info if needed, and they give a map also. The transportation in the city is for free, the hostel gives you a QR code with a ticket to visit the city easily. There is a kitchen with everything you need if you wanna cook ! Super clean and well organized.

Awesome view from our room! Very tidy and comfortable. Everyday we had fresh towels and water. The bad was made up everyday as well. The WC was cleaned and refreshed daily. Service was exceptional! It is all in attention to small details. My husband got a lot of care from the staff on his birthday. But even besides this occasion they were very very friendly!
