The family-friendly Backpackers Villa in Interlaken, in the heart of the Bernese Oberland, offers simple yet stylish rooms that are individually decorated. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the property. This hostel is amazing, and I would recommend it to all solo travelers and even couples (try to get a private room) to try this once. The best part is that you get to interact with people across the globe. You can get snow boots for free for a day, though I was carrying mine, but they are available in the hostel. You also get free lockers if you arrive before checkin time or you have a day to spend even after check out, which is amazing. We loved this hostel, and the location is amazing. Quite walkable (10-15 mims) from the station, and they will give u day passes for local transportation. Staff is extremely polite and helpful, and they take good care of the guests.

Alplodge is located in the centre of Interlaken, between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. A pleasant common kitchen and free Wi-Fi in the lobby are at guests’ disposal.

Guests can choose between shared and private facilities. Even tough our time got over and we checked out but they let us used there kitchen area and kept our luggage for extra time. Rooms, bathrooms, dining area, all were awesome. Staff was so helpful and cooperative.
