Featuring a shared lounge, Hostel Engelberg "mein Trail Hostel" is set in Engelberg in the Obwalden region, 1.3 km from Titlis Rotair Cable Car and 36 km from Lucerne Station. Very friendly family that runs the hotel/hostel. Because it was still low season we got a free upgrade to a better room which is always a nice surprise. The room was very comfortable and the location is fantastic. There is also a lovely little common area where you can watch TV and enjoy a free selection of teas.

Located in Engelberg, 500 metres from the Titlis Rotair Cable Car, Engelberg Youth Hostel features a buffet restaurant and a summer terrace. Rooms are big and clean. One has a little place above the bed, so they can put some of their stuff there; which is wonderful. Windows are big and have a nice view, toilets are clean, a more than filling breakfast is included. Nothing to complain honestly, recommended to everyone!

Located in Lungern, 12 km from Giessbachfälle, Kunst- und Naturfreundehaus Brünig provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Lovely volunteers were welcoming and understanding . Staff were thoughtful and made sure your stay was good. Location was absolutely extraordinary! Loved it so much! Kind and relaxed host, very welcoming Many lovely experiences to have there, like music near the campfire or reading a book and admiring the mountains Homely feel.
