포파얀에 자리한 El Caracol에서는 정원, 공용 라운지 등을 제공합니다. 숙소는 투숙객을 위한 룸서비스, 투어 데스크, 수하물 보관소 서비스 등을 제공합니다. El Caracol의 객실에는 샤워 시설 등을 갖춘 전용 욕실 및 무료 Wi-Fi도 마련되어 있으며, 일부 객실은 도시 전망을 갖추고 있습니다. Very cosy place, comfortable room (studio with a kitchen), delicious breakfast (for an extra fee, very reasonably priced) and very friendly helpful staff. Nice views over the white city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. While it is not in the center of the Popayan, the heritage part of the town starts just in a couple of hundreds meters from the hotel and it takes 10 min on foot to Parque caldas (the central square of Popayan). Will chose this place again, especially if I am to stay in Popayan for more than 1 day.
