As soon as I arrived, Fabricio (the owner) greeted me calling me by my name..because he knew I was arriving. Few minutes after he offered me a better room, for no change of rate. In the following days he helped me with several things, also for unexpected issues I had. The accommodation itself is in a beautiful location, rooms are very nice and rates extremely competitive. I couldn't ask for more

The location is quiet and safe with a great view on the peak of the vulcano. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definetly return.

The Casa Verde Eco Guest House offers a solarium with views of the mountains and the Pastaza River just a few minutes from Baños. Buffet breakfast is included. Johan was an exceptional and amazing host. He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. When I first arrived late at night, it was such a comfortable feeling coming into this place. It felt very cozy and clean. With towels ready for me and Johan waiting for my arrival to help with my bags. This place is a dream. The views are extraordinary and the tranquility of the vibes was unmatched. I loved the concept of the hostel, with the woodwork to the minimalist design. Breakfast was amazing every morning, made fresh with fruits and eggs and bread, served with options of coffee or tea. I was filled for the whole day! Johan was very kind to me, I even didn't have enough change for the taxi and he lent me a couple of dollars, he also went above and beyond to make sure I got into my cab in time and helped me with my luggage to make sure I was able to catch my bus to leave to another city. He is also very knowledgable about doing any activites in Banos and could help plan your trip. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a place to rest and feel at peace with nature. The sound of the river flowing at night and waking up to it was the best feeling ever. 10/10 would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

Only 100 metres from Aguas Termales hot springs and Cascada de la Virgen waterfall, Casa Real boasts free parking and comfortable rooms with free WiFi. The town’s commercial area is 300 metres away. Louis was a great host very helpful suggested great places to eat and visit he made our stay excellent

The whole fmly who run this hostal are very friendly & hospitable especially Veronica. She not only answers all my questions but also helps me to book a room in Cuenca. The room is clean daily & fresh towel change everyday. It always smells nice inside the room. The dining room with the waterfall view is the best. Hostal is near the center but very quiet.

Situated 6 km from Tarabita in Baños, Hostal Timara features free WiFi access. Hot Springs are 500 meters away while the nearest bus stop is 200 meters away. The location is excellent, walking distance to town, bus station and loads of beautiful sights/activities. Alex and his family are so welcoming and friendly, made us feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean and spacious. The kitchen and communal area have everything you need, clean and cosy! The garden is also beautiful.

The place is clean and tidy, having two kitchens, free coffee, tea, chocolate, drinking water (not for the bottle), pool and large common area. They offered local tours with competitive price to their in-house guest, you don’t need to shop around. Dorm bed with curtain that offers some privacy. I would highly recommend this hostel.
