The location is perfect and close to grocery stores, restaurants and souvenir stores as well as the castle and most popular tourist places in Edinburgh. Buses are also easily accessible from the location. Everything you need is accessible by a code on a keypad so you never have to worry about losing keycards or keys.

You really don't feel like you are in a hostel because the room is big so you don't really have much contact with other people outside of the capsules,but also can meet people in the common areas. Lockers are big,capsule clean and has enough space,value for money is 10/10. Bathrooms are clean and there are enough of them so that it is not a problem at any time of day.

This hostel was amazing. It had welcoming vibes, everyone was chill and the staff was super helpful. I stayed in a mixed bed room of 10 as a first time solo traveler and felt very comfortable with the space I had. It’s right next to victoria street and grassmarket which was super awesome. Everything about this hostel was great! I’d recommend

The staff were very helpful and the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The rooms were cleaned daily. The beds were in correlation with the price. The bedding was clean.

We loved the view so much! It looked right over the castle. And we felt the whole hostel had a very cozy feel. The location was also very central and ideal.
