Great welcome in Zadar by the host. Great location with a less than 10min walk into town. Great access to lovely quiet beach and some great restaurants and shops for the basics. Only a short stay so didn't make full use of the kitchen or social evenings but great buzz around the place

Jen 300 metrů odtud je Pláž Franjevački samostan.... I liked the location, it is just a short walk to the city center, but far enough to allow for quiet nights. The hostel has a wonderful balcony with a phenomenal view of the blue sea. The kitchen allows for a social atmosphere and the large dining table was fun to meet new people at/drink before going out. Each bed comes with a large drawer underneath, which I found very nice to put my things in. The two women who work reception were so lovely, and so were the cleaners!

All of the staff were amazing!! There is a few pub crawl every night with a free shot. Free pizza every night with cocktails for only 10 euros! And you get a free shot with every cocktail. Everything was super clean, not loud at night or anything. It’s an about a 10 minute walk to the heart of Hvar. Then only a 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket and some really nice local restaurants. Amazing overall was so sad to leave. Perfect for couples, solo travels and friends!

The staff were amazing! There was an awesome place I could work from on the top floor (I think it would be good to always allow this for guests) The manager was super nice and friendly (along with the staff) all policies and rules were reasonable e.g. deposit for a lock for your draw, relaxed and reasonable check-out times, nice kitchen- middle of the hostel so super social, always someone on the reception + security which made you feel safe and looked after, good wifi, they provided towels as part of the stay which was great! The location is INSANELY good- right in the middle of everything and a 3-minute walk from the ferry, and all the bars and the main square etc! Couldn't have asked for a better stay, it will be my number one choice if I ever go back to Hvar!
