Anyway April was not the right time to see the clear view. Michilero(backpacker in Spanish) Ostello(hostel in Italian) was a great place to stay in Pelling. Everything - home made food, family atmosphere  - was perfect. And Wake in Himalayas, the hostel next to Mochilero Ostello, was also a nice place run by warm hearted family.
