The owner’s warm and welcoming personality adds to the charm of this stay. They shared many insights about the history and highlights of Asuke, making me feel as though I had become a part of this beautiful town. I stayed in a single room, which was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restrooms and shower facilities were clean and well-maintained, and to top it off, there was even an open-air bath. It was the perfect way to unwind and soothe my travel fatigue. This is a place I would love to return to as a base for exploring Asuke.

Beds were comfy, room was big enough and had great A/C. Toilets/showers were clean, tidy and easily accessible. Really good location as it’s right next to Ōsu Market and a short walk to the nearest train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, answered any questions I had and recommended me places to eat and sightsee.

Good facitilites shower on every floor and the beds are spacious (I'm 6ft1) and there was plenty of room for me. It's in a fairly central place near plenty of transport links. She also runs the bar downstairs and will spend all night talking to and caring for the guests and outside customers. The guest house is very large with a decent sized kitchen and big common area. If you have other guests to talk to it really elevates the experience. The beds have plenty of space for your luggage, too.

Opened in April 2015. Located in Endoji Shopping Street, one of the oldest shopping streets in Nagoya, this is a slightly unusual inn that has been renovated from a coffee shop with a history of nearly 100 years and an electric shop. Amazing staff and very good cafe for breakfast.

They only spoke a little English, but they were so helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and easy. They also allowed us to use the upstairs lounge as a space for meetings, which was super helpful. We were also able to store our luggage here before and after our stay so that we could explore the town without being weighed down by our luggage. They also assigned us to rooms in a way that allowed our group of 11 to stay together or next to each other. Super thoughtful!
