Lined up a safari where I saw maybe 30 wild elephants. So many babies. Looks newly remodeled and very clean. Perfectly clean sheets and towels. Attention to detail. Large nice bathroom. Good local in house breakfast. Very relaxed town, close to easily walkable restaurants. I suggest the train here from Colombo 4$ second class. A perfect stay thanks to the super knowledgeable local host. Thank you

We chose a New room and it was so pretty there! Also, in the morning lot of birds on the tree just next to our door and I could see them from the window, I totally fall in love with this place. The owner of the hotel has great cooking skills as well and he offered to cook for us everyday which was absolutely amazing! Totally worth going there :) we are joining that owner to learn how to cooking Sri Lanka traditional foods.

The rooms are basic but clean. We did get a free welcome drink in the beginning and the breakfast was also very tasty. We met other travellers there and had a lot fun playing games.
