You come inside and smell the Jasmin flowers. We arrived at 5 in the morning from the night bus and one of the ladies working there welcomed us very friendly. The several courtyards are wonderfully decorated and there are several places to sit - in the shade but also on terraces. The women in the kitchen are just amazingly warm people, greeting you with a smile and even preparing breakfast for you at 4 in the morning. The staff is incredibly helpful and tries to find a solution for everything - one of them walked with us around in the neighborhood to find an open lavanderia on a Sunday. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hot water bottle as it can get cold at night - but this is just because I am a person that gets cold easily.

We loved the how attentive and thoughtful Fernando was. When we had to rise early for a tour, he rose early to have breakfast ready for us. The place is very close to a park (open Wednesday-Sunday). It’s a nice place to walk around, read a book, eat organic food from the cafe. It’s also not far from another park with a grotto of caves. We loved being close to nature and out of the main drag.

Lovely hostel with a great space and friendly hosts :) I felt very welcome in the hostel and also met lovely travellers there! The vibe was very chilled and welcoming. I enjoyed my experience there. The hostel is still new so they are still adding and improving on the amenities, but it was still a lovely stay.

Attached sitting room with cupboards sink storage area ,a real Plus. Spacious and spotless clean kitchen good refrigerator plenty of free drinking water. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very nicely decorated dining area with its own private bathroom and comfy sectional sofa sitting area. Lots of space to lounge and relax. Rooftop View of the mountains awesome. Central downtown location near everything of Interest. Shout out to reservation front desk staff/management Agustin and Max. great service thank you so very much. This property is within walking distance to the famous pedestrian strip Real de Guadalupe and the indigenous Market where you can find everything fresh fruit to nuts ,clothing, jewelry beautiful traditional handmade crafts. Great experience.

Hostal Casa Del Sol Comitan se nachází v destinaci Comitán de Domínguez v regionu Chiapas. Jen 48 km odtud je Chinkultic Archeological Zone. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Great location. Great wifi. But the absolute best part was Andrea, she is amazing. She showed me in person the location of the collectivo to El Chiflon and went above and beyond helping me. I highly recommend.
