He never fails to be willing to help, whether you need travel advice or simply want to talk everyone becomes friends so fast with him . This hostel is an excellent alternative for budget tourists due to its pleasant environment, friendly environment and convenient location. Highly recommended!

The hostel features certain rooms with city views, and each room comes with a patio. Location in Middle of town and awesome staff with smiles on faces all the time. In a shared room i had complete privacy that i like the most.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. The personel is very friendly, funny and helpful. The whole hostel is nice and clean and my room had everything I needed. The location was really great for my needs and also close to everything that one might want to do. Even though I have not had the opportunity (as I was working) I do appreciate the free trips they organise. If ever coming back to Kathmandu, there is no other place I would stay.

Sunny is a great and helpful guy. It was like a home away from home.

The location was great, it was very easy to get around everywhere, the food was great, and the rooms felt clean and comfortable! The best part is honestly the people working here. They have become like family to me <3 I was staying here for almost a month and a half in spring of 2024 but I wouldn't have stayed as long as I did had I not bonded as hard as I did with Bishwo and Lena especially. We would eat together often, go out together, spend many late nights talking or jamming together or with other hostel guests and friends from the area, we made so much fun together! We'd spent the Newari new year together (Biska Jatra) and even took little day trips to Nagarkot for hiking and swimming. Staying here was a very special experience for me as I am sure it was for many other guests who have had the pleasure of getting to know the Swastik Hostel crew <3 I cannot wait to come back and see everyone. So much love to you Hostel Swastik, I miss you so much, and thank you for that time. The property is 90 metres from the city centre and 1.6 km from Hanuman Dhoka. The Sisters Hostel has an excellent location. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and can help with any issue. Great value for location, and overall ambiance. I will always return to Sisters when in Katmandu.
