The place is stunning, with modern and cutting-edge facilities that make you feel comfortable from the start. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, just steps away from Plaza de Armas, making it easy to explore Cusco on foot. The hostel’s bar is a highlight: a very social and cozy space with fun activities every night. The evening I learned how to make a pisco sour was particularly memorable. Plus, the café inside the hostel is excellent, perfect for starting your day with a great coffee. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco. This is now my go-to stay at Cusco. Getting from Chile 🇨🇱

Lia B&B Lucmabamba er staðsett í Sahuayacu, í innan við 17 km fjarlægð frá Huayna Picchu og 19 km frá sögulega helgistaðnum Machu Picchu. Þetta gæludýravæna farfuglaheimili er einnig með ókeypis WiFi.... Amazing place! Freddy and Esther (and their daughter Lia) are super nice, when you stay here you become part of their family. Freddy took us on a coffee tour in the afternoon and explained everything about the coffee they produce and how everything works. The food we got here is amazing (both dinner and breakfast). The shower was nice and warm, and the bed was super comfy. As a bonus the stargazing on the football field next to the place was perfect as well. Definitely recommend!

Salkantay Hostel Chaullay er staðsett í Santa Teresa, 36 km frá Huayna Picchu, og býður upp á garð, veitingastað og bar. Gististaðurinn er reyklaus og er 38 km frá sögulega helgistaðnum Machu Picchu. Staff was very helpful, the food was very good and the location was great for the salkantay trek. The room was clean, there was a hot shower and everything was great.

Wolf Totem Steam Punk Guesthouse er staðsett í Pisac og býður upp á garð, sameiginlega setustofu, verönd og veitingastað. I’ve been to many hostiles all over the world and they have always given me a basic, cheap hotel vibe. But the Wolf Totem is extremely unique with its own style, and has an amazing view and you could just stay there all day and have fun. A Great place to socialize and meet fellow travellers and to relax. I Definitely will go again.

Blacky Hostel and Apartments er staðsett í Cusco og Wanchaq-lestarstöðin er í innan við 2,7 km fjarlægð. Bed comfortable and private. The staff is great and help you with everything, including the tours. Everything was clean.

KOSKO Casa Hotel er staðsett í Cusco, 5,3 km frá Wanchaq-lestarstöðinni og býður upp á gistirými með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd. Rómulo and Gelga have really created a beautiful and heartwarming space. The house is very modern and has all the facilities you may need (free wifi, hot water, own private bathroom, toiletries, hot water bottles on cold days, free delicious breakfast, etc) but on top of it all it has a special kind of charm. Templo de la Luna is basically in your backyard and the whole area where the house is located has such a magical energy. It’s a little far from the center, which makes it super quiet and peaceful but you can get to San Blas or Plaza de Armas within 20 minutes walk following the beautiful path of the inca trail. If you don’t feel like walking back up (it’s a good hike!) you can easily get an uber for 10-15 soles. From the minute you step foot in the house you feel extremely welcome. You can feel the love and attention they’ve put into every detail and it truly feels like staying with family. Rómulo is incredibly knowledgeable about the quechua and inca culture and took me for an amazing walk to templo de la luna and zona X. He does tours too, I would totally recommend! Gelga is always so kind, she cooked me rice soup and some home remedies when I wasn’t feeling well and helped me with my laundry. They’re always happy to help with anything you may need (advice, booking taxis, tours, etc) and with a big smile on their face. If you get the chance to share a lunch with them, I encourage you to! The food is so delicious and it truly feels like sharing a meal with your family. You will honestly not find a better place to stay in Cusco, especially for that price! If you’re looking for a place where you can feel safe, cozy and at home, I couldn’t recommend it more. Whenever I’m back in Cusco I’ll be staying again, no doubt!
