The double room was nice and comfortable and we also got a cot bed for our kid. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, the shared bathroom clean and spacious, and we enjoyed relaxing and playing in the yard. The location was great as well, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, couldn’t have asked for more.

I’ve never been in such kind of accommodations before and I was surprised :) Rooms are tiny and simple, but it feels cozy and close to nature. Shared kitchen was fully equipped and clean. It’s fine to chill out or play some badminton outside (what we did each evening). There are several terrariums with insects, very exciting :) I was surprised that it was quiet and we didn’t hear our neighbors at all, sleeping like a baby :)

The concept of a non-profit association, where the locals volunteer to run the place and our kids could stay in an old school was great! As everybody takes care, it is also super clean and comfortable. You are also just a bicycle ride away from Bullerbü and close enough to Vimmerby.

I stayed for four nights, hoping to find a place where I could relax, away from bigger and more crowded locations, and that's exactly what I found. Not only is the property amazingly located, close to a lake and the forest, but everything about the hostel totally exceeded my expectations. It's really cozy and comfortable, and the owner really makes you feel at home! If I ever happen to be in the area again, I know exactly where I will be staying!
