The kitchen was large and very well-equipped, which is not so common nowadays. The dorm rooms are large and clean. The mattresses are firm and new, and the bedding very clean. The lockers are large. The bathrooms, although a little worn were spotlessly clean. The hostel is located within walking distance of all the major things one would want to see in the city. Several large-ish supermarkets and fresh produce smalls were all close by. It was very quiet in the hostel, which may not suit everyone but it suited me. (On my arrival, one of the staff had made a large meal for herself and other staff, and invited me to join them. It was a very kind gesture and a very lovely meal, and very memorable).

Among all accommodations I was staying at during my three-week-Balkans-tour, this was the most cozy, comfortable and pleasantly quiet place that I've been to. Each shared room has an own big and clean kitchen as well as a homely living room with a nice balcony attached to it. The bathroom comes with a big shower and is cleaned on a daily basis.
