The award-winning 5-star luxurious Bab Al Shams Desert Resort is designed to resemble a fortified rural Arab village amidst the Dubai desert landscape. Enjoy peaceful seclusion and efficiency altogether as we are located only 45 minutes from Dubai’s city centre, and in close proximity to off-site attractions like the Al Qudra man-made lakes and scenic cycling and camping spots. Being within the Al Marmoom Reserve, it’s also not uncommon to catch the abundance of native fauna wandering in the sand. Step into this reinvigorated oasis within the dunes, punctuated with redefining experiences for bold and freewheeling souls. Our resort is opening in early 2023.

Please note that it is mandatory that all guests physically present an original Passport or Emirates ID upon check-in.
The half-board rate is valid for 1 or 2 adults. An additional charge will apply at the hotel for extra person and children. Special brunch is not included in the half-board rate. A meal upgrade is available with an additional charge to be paid at the venue.
Half-board meal (dinner) will be served in All Day Dining Restaurant, Zala Restaurant only. To upgrade dinner to Al Hadheerah Desert Restaurant (Mainly Arabic cuisines), a supplement will charged at the hotel directly.
Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately
'Resort credit during summer only applies to Spa and Leisure Activities. Restaurant discounts do not apply to Ninive Restaurant.'

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
