VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure.

Please note that Index Hotel is a family and a non-alcoholic hotel.

For security reasons, visitors are not allowed inside the guest rooms.

For pre-paid reservations: upon check-in, guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation. If the credit card's owner is not the person staying at the hotel, please contact the property in advance to request a third party credit card authorization form.

All guests must show a valid UAE ID or passport upon check-in.

Mangyaring ipagbigay-alam sa Index Hotel nang maaga ang iyong inaasahang oras ng pagdating. Maaari mong gamitin ang Special Request box habang nagbu-book, o makipag-ugnayan mismo sa property gamit ang mga detalyeng makikita sa confirmation mo.

Makakatanggap ang mga guest ng rental agreement na dapat pirmahan at ibalik sa accommodation bago ang pagdating. Kung walang natanggap na kasunduan ang mga guest sa oras, dapat nilang kontakin ang property management company sa number sa booking confirmation.

Puwede lang mag-check in ang mga guest na wala pang 18 taong gulang kapag may kasamang magulang o official guardian.
