Located on the fronds of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Rixos The Palm Dubai is a luxury All-inclusive beach resort offering panoramic views of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, the glittering skyline of Dubai Marina and Dubai’s prominent landmarks. It features an oasis themed pool and the Anjana Spa offering extensive range of treatments. Each of the 316 rooms and suites offer at least one balcony with a sea view and are decorated with modern Turkish design. Each features flat-screen TV, free WiFi and mini-bar. All have a bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. At the heart of the resort is À La Turca, a restaurant giving service throughout the day, complemented by two signature restaurants – the Mediterranean-inspired L'Olivo Ristorante that will delight the palate of the connoisseurs. Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks and snacks from two poolside and beachside restaurants during the day. Guests can further relax in the evening at the Shisha Lounge. The Anjana Spa unites the Turkish Culture and traditions with wellness with a sumptuous menu of massage treatments such as Balinese, Thai and Swedish. A gym with certified personal trainers is also available. The hotel also has its own diving center. Aquaventure Waterpark is 8 minutes’ drive from Rixos The Palm Dubai. Free shuttle to Mall of the Emirates is available 4 times a day.

Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passport, UAE Emirates ID, GCC ID’s are accepted. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers traveling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger traveling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking. Please note that all bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Payment is required to be made with 24hours of booking. Visa, Amex and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be canceled in case of non-payments. New year's eve dinner is compulsory, rates on 31 December include the gala dinner supplement of AED 2890 per adult. Extra guests & children's price will be charged upon check-in. Child: 3Y-12Y AED 1430/child, below 3Y complimentary. All Inclusive accommodations is free of charge for the first child aged under 12 sharing a room with their parents. For a second child from 6 to 12 years old, a supplement of AED 475 per night will be charged upon check-in. For All Inclusive Bookings at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites The All Day Dining restaurants do not require any reservation.
Reservation Terms & Conditions for our A La Carte Restaurant:
- The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.
- Minimum length of 3-nights stay is required for A La Carte usage.
- For three-night stays guests are eligible for complimentary use of two a la carte restaurants at maximum.
- For stays above four nights, guests are eligible for complimentary use of three times in a la carte restaurants at maximum, however, extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability.
- A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance at the “restaurant reservation desk” located in the lobby, and bookings are subject to availability.
- As per our all-inclusive offering, guests are entitled to have dinner with unlimited in-house alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages at our a la carte restaurants.
- All bookings of the a la carte restaurants are subject to availability and the use of a la carte during the above-mentioned stay periods is not guaranteed.
- The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slippers or Sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants. UAE National attire is welcome
