The Property was build in 1828 and is inherited from generation to generation. It has 4 Rooms which were renovated in January 2022. There are 2 Family Rooms , 1 Twin Room and Personnel Room. Superior Family Room is our most wanted room because it can accomodate to max 5 persons and because of its old design and unique ceiling.

The Property is located in historical neighborhood and in the heart of historical part in Berat. It is very close to Ethnographic Museum which 2 of our Family Rooms has a view of it. The Property is 7 min walk from Center of Berat and 10 min walk from Castle of Berat.
