Situated within 200 metres of Ksamil Beach 9 and 600 metres of Paradise Beach, Jimmy's studios features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Ksamil. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. At the guest house, all units are equipped with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and slippers, units at the guest house also boast free WiFi, while certain rooms have a patio. At the guest house, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. Bora Bora Beach is 800 metres from the guest house.

Jimmy's Studios is situated in Ksamil, 100 metres from Bella-Vista Beach and 2.7 km of Butrint National Park. It features free private parking accommodation for guests who drive.One of the most beautiful houses which contains balcony, as well as free wi-fi too. All guests rooms have good conditions,well furnished : air-conditioning,flat screen-TV, closet,ironing facilities,desk,cleaning products,refrigerator etc. One of our rooms has a kitchen with all appliances. As well, all rooms have a private bathroom.

Jimmy's Studios is located in a friendly neighbourhood. Our neighbourhood is near the second center ,also 100 metres away from Tirana Bank. There are :a football-field,a bus station,supermarkets like "Alfa",restaurants,creperies,exchanges,shops with tradicional/beach items. This neighbourhood is close to the main road that connects Butrint,Ksamil and Saranda city. Guests can go at the beach by feet any time, because it is only 2 minutes away. Jimmy's Studios is the best destination for your vacations!
