-Arriving time is necessary to our service. We need to know it one hour before arrival. In case of early arrival or delay, it's not our responsibility. Our Instructions are showed and will be sent to the costumer at the arriving day. Our staff is available till 5 pm, after this time our service will cost 10 euro (except for when in case of bank transfers done in forehand, nothing will be charged extra)

-It is not permitted to bring more people into the apartment than the maximum limit as prescribed.
