I have started hosting 3 years ago in the same building as this apartment. My first hosting experience started with a smaller apartment as this one and I decided to take all the reviews in consideration and provide a better experience in the new place, which is still in the same building but a bigger apartment. The apartment is located in front of St. Francis Church. The neighborhood is quiet and secure. Sometimes during the weekend there might be some music playing on the center, which can be heard with windows open, but with ac and windows closed is perfectly isolated. There is not much traffic going on during night, mostly during day and the apartment is a bit private, so you might not see crowds of people walking inside. You will be surprised by the difference between the crowds and the loudness of the main roads and the quietness of the apartment, even though its in the center.
