Featuring a garden, a terrace as well as a bar, Vive Mare is located in Sarandë, within 1.2 km of La Petite Beach and 1.4 km of Maestral Beach. The property features garden and city views, and is less than 1 km from Saranda City Beach. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Each unit comes with a balcony offering sea views, a flat-screen TV, a well-fitted kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. A fridge and kettle are also featured. Vive Mare is a family-run townhouse owned by Nikolakis, a well known local artist, located in the heart of Saranda. Just a few minutes drive from Saranda' s scenic countryside, the townhouse is a 10 minute walk from town centre and the beaches. Port is a 2Km distance. Nearby are many excellent restaurants and eating houses of all kind. There are 4 stylish rooms and 1 studio appartment across the townhouse, with every room having a unique decor, original artwork and seaview. The rooms include balcony, air conditioning, smart TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, toiletries and wardrobe. In the Vive Mare roof-garden coffee and bar, guests can enjoy refreshing beverages and panoramic seaview. There is limited private free parking on site. Public parking is also available across the road.
