A charming Alpine house situated at an altitude of 1250 meters in the mountains, featuring a living space of 400 square meters. The house is divided into double rooms and apartments. In the basement, there is a cozy lounge with a bar and an old Austrian tiled stove. During winter, the valley descent is only 20 meters away from the guesthouse, allowing you to ski directly onto the slope and easily return. However, there is also plenty of space for beautiful winter hikes. In the surroundings, you can engage in cross-country skiing and tobogganing. For spring, summer, and autumn, numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and other mountain sports abound. Each season has its own colors and beauties. After an active day, you can unwind on the cozy terrace while enjoying a snack, a drink, and the wonderful view. The rooms and apartments can be rented individually, but large groups are also warmly welcomed.
