120 m2 of pure feel-good factor in the centre of Graz. This really cozy and very bright flat is located in a beautiful old house. It impresses with its ideal layout, 3 separately accessible rooms, with a rare view of the landmark of Graz, the Schlossberg, and a large and modern bathroom. There is enough space to cook in the spacious kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. A sunny balcony, a storage room for suitcases, washing machine and dryer, TV & Wifi complete the offer.

The flat is located directly at Lendplatz, the most cosmopolitan and culture place from Graz. Monday to Saturday there is a delightful farmers' market here where you can buy local specialities. In the Lend district there is a wide choice of really good eateries. On Lendplatz itself there are already many options, but there are also restaurants, bars and cafés around the square in all directions. The famous Kunsthaus - also called Friendly Alien - can be admired at Lendkai. The Mur Island by New York designer Vito Acconci separates the two sides of the river and is also part of the Lend district. Other sights that lie on Lend's soil: ***Nürnberger Häuser am Lendkai: Along the banks of the Mur there are numerous of these ornate houses in the late historicist architectural style. ***The Rosegger House: built in 1913, this house, situated on a corner, would be dedicated to the writer Peter Rosegger. ***The Rondo: a modern building with residential, office and commercial spaces artists' studios. ***The Orpheum: a small theatre stage and the golden giant feet ***The Central Fire Station: as if in a glass box, the pompous fire engines stand near Lendplatz. A dream for children's hearts to be able to see these vehicles up close.
