The energy-saving passive house features an underground garage, which can be used for free. Free WiFi is offered. All apartments are 246 ft² in size and feature parquet flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony offering panoramic mountain views. They are reachable by elevator. Ski equipment and bicycles can be stored in a separate room on site, which includes a ski boot dryer. Fresh bread rolls can be delivered to your apartment every morning. Numerous restaurants and bars can be found in Sölden. Appartments Solaris enjoy a quiet location off the main road, a 10-minute walk from the center of Sölden. From late May to mid-October, the Ötztal Premium Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and busses.
