We are family Lang and for many year we have been offering holiday apartments in Königsleiten and ski chalets in Silberleiten/Hochkrimml. Both locations provide direct access to the Zillertal Arena ski area, making them perfect for an exciting and varied vacation, whether it's skiing and snowboarding in winter or hiking and cycling in summer. Our goal is to provide our guests with the ideal accommodation for a wonderful holiday — whether for an active vacation or relaxed downtime. The combination of cozy living comfort and a location close to beautiful nature ensures unforgettable holiday moments.

Property information

Ferienwohnungen Lang are ideally located in the heart of the mountain village Königsleiten, just about a 5-minute walk from the gondola, which provides direct access to the ski area "Zillertal Arena". Situated at 1,600 meters above sea level, our comfortable apartments accommodate 4-10 guests and feature 2-3 bedrooms, a living-sleeping area with a double sofa bed and TV, 1-2 bathrooms or an additional separate WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living-sleeping area can be separated with a sliding door for flexible room arrangements. Each apartment includes a balcony or terrace with stunning mountain views, a traditional tiled stove, Wi-Fi, and a parking space in the underground garage. Some apartments also have a private sauna. The building offers a ski room with heated boot warmers, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Sleds and firewood for the tiled stove can be rented at a low cost. In winter, you can ski right up to the doorstep and in summer, the location is perfect for hiking or cycling in the Alps. Ferienwohnungen Lang in Königsleiten provides the perfect base for fully enjoying the breathtaking alpine scenery and mountain adventures.

The Almdorf Königsleiten is nestled in one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes of the Alps and offers a wide range of activities. Our holiday apartments in Königsleiten are just a few minutes walk from the gondola, which provides direct access to the Zillertal Arena — the largest interconnected ski area in the Zillertal. In winter our guests can enjoy perfectly groomed slopes, toboggan runs, and winter hiking trails. In summer the many hiking and cycling paths with stunning viewpoints await exploration. Sports shops, ski schools, restaurants, bars, Après Ski and a supermarket are all within walking distance, offering everything needed for a perfect vacation high up in the mountains.
