Guests can benefit from free private parking spaces at the premises. All apartments come with a balcony with mountain views, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and at least 1 bathroom with a shower: The units at K3 are all fitted with a sofa and wooden floors. Further facilities of the apartment house include a ski storage room. Within 7 minutes on foot, guests can reach several restaurants, bars, and shops. Bad Ischl and Sankt Gilgen are both a 10-minute drive away and Salzburg can be reached within 40 minutes by car.
