Apartment Nr 2, situated on the ground floor, consists of two separate bedrooms, one bathroom, and one kitchen/dining area. There are a king size box spring bed (180x200cm) and a double bed (140x200cm). Apartment Nr 3, situated on the first floor, consists of 3 separate bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, one kitchen/dining area and 2 large balconies. Two bedrooms are facing the back yard. In each bedroom there is a king size box spring bed (180x200cm). Apartment Nr 4, situated on the 2nd floor, consists of 3 separate bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, one kitchen/dining area and 2 large balconies. Two rooms are facing the back yard. In each bedroom there is a king size box spring bed (180x200cm). Each kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a proper meal and enjoy it with your family and friends. From oven, stove top, dish washer, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine to pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils and a comfortable dining area. We will not disturb you during your stay but if you need anything or you have any question, we are always ready to assist and we are always reachable by messaging.

Welcome to Kaiser Apartments in the heart of Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser, one of the most beautiful ski/hiking resort of Tirol. This is the perfect location for your holiday with your family, friends or even business partners, in the center of the village, close to everything, from restaurants, bars, shops to gondola station (3 mins by car). We offer 4 comfortable apartments (60-100 sqm each) and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Each apartment with Wifi connection, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen(with all the necessary equipment, pots, plates and glasses) to enjoy a cooked meal. Our guests can park for free in front of the house. Bed sheets and towels are provided. Sk/bike storage room available in the building.There are 2 washing machines and 1 tumble dryer in the building, that can be used by our guests for free(Mon-Sat 3-8pm). Each apartments has as well a drying rack available. Apartment Nr 1, situated on the ground floor with separate entrance, 60 m2, consists of one living room/kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and a small terrace. There are two separate beds, a king size box spring bed (180x200cm) in the bedroom and another double bed (140x200cm) in the common area.

The Scheffau main gondola station Skiwelt is 1.5km away and can be reached by car (3mins), by foot or by bus (the bus station is only a few steps away and the ride is free for the Kaiser Welt card holders. SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixenthal is Austria's largest interconnected ski area with over 288 km of pistes available under one ski pass and offers you also easy access to the nearby resorts of Ellmau, Going, Söll and Westendorf. From May to November there are plenty of activities to be enjoyed in Scheffau from walking, hiking, cycling, paragliding and swimming to sight seeing and village events. There are over 700 km of maintained hiking paths for all abilities, more than 50 rustic mountain huts and inns, over 400 km of mountain bike trails and stunning panoramic views of over 70 3,000 metre-high peaks. The Hintersteinersee is a gorgeous lake, the perfect location in summer for swimming, walks, cycling and relaxing. The Kaiserbad swimming complex (5 km away) is open all year round, offers a lots of activities: saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, slides and climbing wall. From Scheffau it is possible to visit Kitzbühel, Zell am see, Salzburg, Krimmel and many other places.
