Guests are kindly requested to inform Kitz Residenz by Alpin Rentals about the total number of guests (adults and children under 14 years) that will be staying in the apartments.
A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. This is deposited in cash or as an authorization on the credit card. You will usually receive the refund upon departure. The damage deposit will be refunded in full after the property has been checked and no damage is found.
