The apartment is located on the ground floor and, in addition to a wonderful view of the Kitzsteinhorn, offers a spacious living room with a built-in wall bed and a cozy seating area, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, a storage room and a terrace. The holiday home has a ski storage room and a garage with parking space. Vacation in Kaprun means vacation between glacier, mountain and lake. In the Zell am See - Kaprun holiday region, a total of 408 kilometers of pistes await you in 3 top ski areas with the Ski Alpin Card: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circuit offers a high number varied slopes. In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away. In summer, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool offers a water area of 1000 m2 with a water slide and wild water canal. You can also be at Lake Zell in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and at the Tauern Spa in Kaprun in just a few minutes.
