Wrapped in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday area and Zell am See and Mittersill, this holiday home in Niedernsill features a large terrace and sunny balcony. Enjoy the surrounding view of the towering Austrian mountains. With one spacious bedroom, the house serves as a luxury pad for 4. This beautiful apartment, located in a heavenly location in Niedernsil and placed right next to the Tauern cycle path, is only a few minutes walk from the center and the beautiful natural swimming lake. Niedernsill is located in the tourist region of the Hohe Tauern National Park, 769 meters above sea level, between Zell am See and Mittersill. Far from the main roads, Niedernsill is surrounded by mountain pastures, superb excursion sites and numerous short and long hikes. In the area you will find several golf courses with different numbers of holes. To access the Kitzbühel ski area and the Zell am See – Kaprun resort and the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn mountains in winter, you can reach the cable car located in both cases 12 – 15 km away.
