Centrally located in Saalbach, Hotel Mitterer offers an on-site restaurant serving regional specialities, and a small spa area with an infrared cabin, a sauna and a hot tub. The Bärenkogel, Kohlmais and Schattberg cable cars are all within a 3-minute walk. Free WiFi is provided. The rooms come with flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Some have a balcony. Guest of the Mitterer Hotel also can use a heated ski storage room and a bike storage room. In summer, barbecue and fondue evenings with live music are regularly organised in the garden, and in winter, once a week the hotel invites to a sleigh ride. Hiking and mountain biking tracks are accessible directly from the Hotel Mitterer, while a sledding track is just 200 metres away. Cross-country skiing trails and an ice-skating rink can be found in 4 km, and a ski bus stop is 50 metres away. In summer, the Jokercard is included in the rate and offers several discounts and benefits such as free use of local cable cars and free admission to an outdoor swimming pool.
