Welcome to our cozy Pop-up2 apartment in beautiful Hart, on the sunny side of the Zillertal. The approximately 55m² apartment is located on the second floor and features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a hallway, and a balcony with fantastic views of the Zillertal. The holiday apartment offers an excellent starting point for activities such as skiing, hiking, golfing, or cycling. There is a guesthouse and a pizzeria right next door. Accommodation: - Free parking - Free ski bus stop directly opposite - 2 restaurants directly above and below (Guesthouse "Hamberg" and Pizzeria "La Strada") - Spieljoch ski area 1km away (winter and summer) - Therme Zillertal 1.5 km - Cycle path (along the Ziller river) and hiking trails directly from the holiday apartment - Starting point for many beautiful hikes - Zillertal Golf Course 2 km away (Uderns) - Playground in Hart and playground in Fügen 1km away Fully equipped kitchen with: Stove with 4 hotplates, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle with tea bags and pod coffee machine, TV, etc. Guest access: Private access directly from the front door to the staircase to the second floor. Access via key box with front door and apartment keys. Other important information: In the Zillertal, there is a registration requirement for guests with a local tax. Two days before arrival, each guest will receive a private message with a link where the data of all accompanying persons must be submitted before arrival. This is necessary for guest registration and billing of the local tax. The local tax is to be paid in cash on the kitchen table upon departure. We thank you for your understanding. :)
