The modern Aparthotel - Smart Apart Living offers apartments with free WiFi in the new Sonnwendviertel district, just a 7-minute walk from Vienna Main Train Station and a 2-minute walk from the Reumannplatz Underground Station (line U1). Each apartment offers soundproofing and a modern cooling and heating system, and features a kitchen , a living area with satellite TV, and a bathroom. Some apartments have a balcony or terrace. Towels and bed linen are provided. From Aparthotel - Smart Apart Living, St. Stephen's Cathedral and the city centre can be reached by public transport in a 5-minute underground ride.

Check-in takes place from 14:00 at the Fast & Easy self-check-in terminal in the entrance area. Please follow the instructions below. Please note that your credit card or debit card pin code is required for payment. Please note that cash payment is not possible.
Instructions:
- Choose your language
- Enter your booking code (use only the digits, without the dots).
- Enter your personal data and check your reservation
- Pay with your credit or debit card - you will need your personal secret pin code
- Take your keycard and your receipt
- Check-out: please drop your keycard into the box at the check-in terminal.
Parking facilities are available at underground garage Tiefgarage Reumannplatz (entry via Waldgasse and Rotenhofgasse). Prices and other information can be found on their website.
To gain access to the building, you need a valid credit card or debit card, same process as entering a bank foyer.
