Luxurious, central and quiet apartment with a private terrace and one passenger car parking space with charging station. Self or personal check-in. Graz's old town, supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy... can be reached very quickly on foot. Newly renovated (2024), fully equipped, double bed and sofa bed, WiFi, 65" Smart TV with satellite, dining area in the apartment and on the terrace. A second car parking space can be booked, please contact us in time. The apartment is surrounded by 3 quiet courtyards, right next to the huge park in a historic K&K photo studio. Fully equipped apartment for 4 people, with stove, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, 20l mini-oven/air fryer, toaster, dishes, cutlery, TV, iron, baby cot, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, first aid kit ... Within 200m there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus stop, pediatrician, city park... Graz city center / pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bus and tram stop is 88m away (lines 1, 7, 31 & 39). Opera, Kaiser Josef Platz (daily farmers market), universities can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. If you are traveling with children, we can help you if necessary Borrow a handcart and a few games. Thanks to your personal parking space right next to the apartment in the courtyard, you have short distances (luggage, shopping), no problems with the short-term parking zone (max 3 hours parking time), parking fees and parking tickets. The city of Graz's overnight stay tax (per person and night) and the cleaning fee (per stay) are included in the booking price. Check-in can be done in person or using a key box.
