Within 200m there is a supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, hairdresser, bus stop, pediatrician, city park... Graz city center / pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the bus and tram stop is 88m away (lines 1, 7, 31 & 39). Opera, Kaiser Josef Platz (daily farmers market), universities can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. If you are traveling with children, we can help you if necessary Borrow a handcart and a few games. Thanks to your personal parking space right next to the apartment in the courtyard, you have short distances (luggage, shopping), no problems with the short-term parking zone (max 3 hours parking time), parking fees and parking tickets. The city of Graz's overnight stay tax (per person and night) and the cleaning fee (per stay) are included in the booking price. Check-in can be done in person or using a key box.
