Wir bieten :   Ein 1 Zimmer Apartment (40 m²) Bestehend aus Vorraum,WC,Dusche,Küche,Wohnschlafzimmer und anschließend eine kleine Terrasse. Inventar — Kleiderschrank, Einbauküche mit Esstisch und 4 Stühlen ,Doppelbett ( 2 m mal 1,80 m ) Ledersofa,Lederhocker.Küchenutensilien,Filterkaffeemaschine, Toaster,Haartrockner und Waschmaschine. Bettwäsche, Toilettenpapier, Seife und Handtücher sind auch vorhanden.Das Apartment ist für zwei Erwachsene und eventuell ein Kleinkind geeignet und ist mit grossem Flachbild TV, SAT, Radio und WLAN ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Naturbadeanlage mit grosser Liegewiese, die man kostenfrei mitbenutzen kann. Für Sonnenanbeter ist die Badeanlage (Größe 2200 m² Wasserfläche) genau das Richtige, sie wird mit eigenen Wasserquellen gespeist. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit separat zu der Wohneinheit einen ausgebauten Zirkuswagen ( Grösse 7 qm, Schlafplatz für 2 Personen mit einem Doppelbett mit zu buchen. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in ca. 3 Autominuten bzw. in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Spar, Lidl, Hofer oder Billa sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Beschreibung :   Naturbadeanlage Poganz Apartment mit Naturbadeanlage In dieser Wohnanlage befinden sich 9 Apartments, das Apartment Top 3 (Brunhilde) befindet sich im Hochparterre und liegt unmittelbar vor der Naturbadeanlage mit grosser Liegewiese ( 5 m Entfernung ). Der Bahnhof ist 1;2km entfernt. Vom Wohnschlafraum aus blickt man über die schöne Herzogsstadt St.Veit an der Glan, auf die Burg Hochosterwitz und das Weingut Burg Taggenbrunn wo sich auch ein Konzertsaal befindet.Der Erholungspark Kalvarienberg liegt unmittelbar daneben . Das Stadtzentrum ist vom Apartment aus in ca. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Dort finden sich neben Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gemütliche Cafés, Pubs, eine Diskothek und Restaurants. Mittwoch- und Samstagvormittag ist am Hauptplatz regelmäßig ein Bauernmarkt. In der Nähe der Liegenschaft liegt auch der Längsee, wo sich auch Jacques Lemans Golfanlage und die berühmte Burg Hochosterwitz befinden. Zum Hörzendorfersee und Kraigersee fährt man in ca. 5 Autominuten.
