The living area opens out onto the balcony as well, this room is made complete with FREE WIFI, Google Home and a SMART TV so you can access your own Netflix account etc. This area has a split system, reverse cycle air conditioner that covers the entire living/ dining and kitchen area and then flows through to the bedrooms. The kitchen features high quality stone benchtops, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and oven and DeLonghi Coffee Machine and Milk Frother. Both bedrooms are nicely furnished throughout and have ceiling fans and built in robes, the 2nd bedroom also has an XBOX and small TV (only used for connection to XBOX) located in the wardrobe, perfect for the kid's entertainment. Partially renovated bathroom with bath, shower and gorgeous vanity and basin and the convenience of a separate toilet. American style internal laundry with front loader washer/ dryer combo is also available for guests. The living area opens out onto the balcony as well, this room is made complete with free wi-fi, Google Home and a Smart TV so you can access your own Netflix account etc. This area has a split system, reverse cycle air conditioner that covers the entire living/ dining and kitchen area and then flows through to the bedrooms. Please note the pool is closed over Winter. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does have Wi-fi. Parking - 1 secure undercover car space (1.8 mtr height)
