Property information

Sea views! 240 At The Waves is perfectly positioned on the Esplanade directly across the road to Cowes beach. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful views of Western Port Bay, French Island and the Cowes jetty. The apartment has a unique floorplan, with two ‘open plan’ bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV with DVD /USB and a lounge area overlooking the beach & balcony. The second bedroom also has a TV, and is open plan, sharing the generous space with the kitchen/dining area, and is ideal for another couple or up to three children. The bathroom includes a Spa Bath and a separate shower. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The kitchenette has self-catering facilities with an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans. There is also a full sized refrigerator, electric cooktop, kettle, toaster, complimentary tea, coffee & milk, Heating & Air conditioning throughout. Being in one of the most popular locations in Cowes, 240 At The Waves is only a short stroll to our amazing local restaurants & cafes. The Waves apartments are located along The Esplanade in Cowes, and 240 At The Waves is located along the front of the complex, with direct bay views from the apartment and balcony! Directly accross from 240 At The Waves is the Cowes foreshore beach, a very safe and popular swimming destination. Bay views can be enjoyed from the balcony at 240. There is also a beautiful park and children's playground accross from the apartment. It is only a short stroll to the famous Cowes jetty, which can also be seen from the balcony of 240 At The Waves.
