The elevated position of the home gives you beautiful water views from the large balcony at the entrance of the house. This property is only a short walk to Dutchies Beach and just a 15 minute walk into Nelson Bay CBD where you will find shops, restaurants, beach, cafes and many other tourist attractions Nelson Bay has to offer! This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Property Notes: Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi. Parking - Double lock up garage
