Giving you access to two of the most iconic beaches Port Stephens has to offer. The huge, relaxed open plan living/ dining area opens out onto the under-cover balcony with outdoor alfresco dining and Gas BBQ facilities. The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets. Three great size bedrooms with the main having a walk-in robe, ensuite and TV, the main bathroom is spacious with a full-size bath, shower, toilet and vanity. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and the unit provides a double lock-up garage, so park the cars and walk everywhere! Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
