The master bedroom has an ensuite and both bedrooms have access to the second balcony, where you can enjoy the views over the bay. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a spacious and airy living / dining area that opens out onto the large wrap around balcony overlooking Nelson Bay. There is a short walk along the coastal footpath just below to Dutchmans Beach and then on to Bagnalls Beach and beyond, with trees attracting a variety of colourful local birdlife. Nelson Bay Marina and the vibrant Nelson Bay town centre are a 10 minute walk in the other direction, where there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a large supermarket. Although this apartment is elevated, it is on the ground floor. You only have one flight of stairs from the secure garage or just a few steps from the extra reserved off-street parking space provided. There is also the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property; you have the option to either hire these or bring them with you. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing.
