You will love the position of this budget one bedroom air conditioned apartment located just across from Fly Point Beach and an easy walk into Nelson Bay Marina and town. The shared side balcony takes advantage of the position looking over the crystal clear waters of the bay. Pack your bags and come away for the budget beach holiday that you deserve! The property features one bedroom, one bathroom, an open plan style kitchen with bench seat dining area and a shared coin operated laundry ($3- pre wash) which can be found downstairs separate to the unit. Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.
