Perfectly located on the ridge across the road from the beach access and only a short walk to a wonderful array of restaurants, cafes and coffee houses, this lovely apartment is in the ideal location to soak in all that Sunshine Beach has to offer. The Sunshine Beach Surf Club is just 200m away and the year round patrolled swimming area is directly out front. Set over three levels, the apartment enjoys magnificent ocean and surf views. The open plan living area and north east facing balcony is on the middle level and captures lovely sea breezes. Here there is a combined lounge dining area overseen by the well equipped kitchen and there is a powder room on this level also. The upper level master bedroom is generous in size and boasts stunning, wide ocean views and a private ensuite. The remaining two bedrooms and additional bathroom are on the lower level of the home. Access requires stairs.Well maintained complex with a heated resort style pool in subtropical surrounds.Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

Sunshine Beach enjoys a vibrant village lifestyle, relaxed yet it is an effervescent social hub with an array of excellent restaurants, bars and cafes. The local surf club is the perfect spot to catch a game or watch the whales pass, and there is live music on Sundays. Just about everything is catered for in Sunshine Beach with hairdressers, convenience store, bakery, bottle shops and more. The Noosa Region offers charming hinterland townships, coastal strips with pristine beaches and waterways, stunning rainforests, natural bushlands and wildlife reserves. Sunshine Beach is centrally located, is only a 5 minute drive from Noosa Heads Hastings Street, 3 minutes from the shopping precinct of Noosa Junction and just 20-25 minutes from both the famous Eumundi Markets and the Sunshine Coast Airport. Most visitors to Sunshine Beach enjoy the fact that the car can be left in the garage. The shops and restaurants, and the patrolled beach are all a pleasant walk away from the house, with a short cut through the park. If you did wish to do a spot of shopping in the glamorous Hastings Street or enjoy the fine dining, that's a 5 minute drive away.
