This two bedroom apartment is very comfortable and perfect for couples, family or elderly.  The spacious air conditioned living area opens out onto the large balcony with alfresco dining and an electric BBQ.  The unit features a modern bathroom with a full size bath, shower and toilet, there is also a second toilet available in a powder room. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge and full cooking facilities, internal laaundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer. Right in the heart of Nelson Bay with a lift that takes you straight down into the hub of Nelson Bay where you will find boutique shops, restaurants and cafes! If the holiday you are after includes parking the cars in the secure garages and leaving them there while you explore the local beauty of The Bay, than 'Nelson Towers' is your ideal choice.   The complex also boasts a fantastic roof top swimming pool with outdoor furniture and magnificent views.  Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.  Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed + Balcony Access Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single Beds Parking - Double lo
