The self-contained accommodation is in a private wing attached to our home where you will have total privacy and your own entrance with key. Our accommodation has been renovated in a modern, tasteful style. It has a well-equipped kitchenette that includes microwave, fridge, 2-plate cook top, toaster, kettle, saucepans and all that you will need for meal preparation. In the well-stocked kitchenette you will also find tea/coffee/sugar/milk. The two bedrooms contain a Queen bed and 2 King Single beds, each with electric blanket. All linen is supplied and there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The bedrooms are carpeted with block-out blinds, curtains and built-in wardrobes. The living area has leather lounges, TV unit with flat-screen TV and DVD player with a great variety of DVDs supplied. There is a 4-seat dining setting. You will have your own private deck area with a barbeque, a small table and chairs plus an outdoor lounge. The deck looks out over a beautiful garden where you will see a variety of birds and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. Please note we do not permit the cooking of crabs or cleaning/gutting of fish on the premises.
We enjoy welcoming guests into our accommodation and endeavour to make them feel comfortable and at home. We enjoy sharing travel experiences with others because we love to travel ourselves both overseas and within Australia. After travelling overseas on numerous occasions, we're now embarking on more caravanning and seeing our wonderful country.
Our accommodation is situated just a 5 minute drive to the Esplanade where you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants and of course the beautiful lakes. Our neighbourhood is quiet and away from the busy part of town. Our guests always comment that their stay has been quiet, comfortable and peaceful. There are many things to do in Lakes Entrance and its surrounds including fishing, swimming, boating, bush-walking, lake cruises, caving, spotting the dolphins and seals, and a couple of very nice wineries nearby. The cruises of our wonderful lakes is a must. There is a wonderful lookout of 90 mile beach not far away. For those interested in history, there are a number of places to visit to take you back in time.
