Centrally located just about everything is withing walking distance, it is next to the boat ramp and we have ample space for off street parking for boats, trailers, jetski's and the like.
Wander along the Catalina foreshore to the waterpark, local pool, playground and skate park plus the Information Centre at the "mini mango" for all the red hot tips on what to see and do.
Up the street, less than 500m is the acclaimed Grand View Hotel where Baz Lurman's Australia movie was filmed, plus no less than three other pubs. There is a local IGA, bottle shop and takeaway's all close by.
Three bedrooms sleep 7 guests in comfort in two King beds, a doble and single all with professionally launder linen and plus toppers.

As a family who loves to travel we have created the perfect mix of the space and privacy we enjoy as a couple on holidays with the facilities we need as a family on holidays with the kids.
We own and host two holiday properties, Cooee Bay Beach House in Yeppoon and Bowen Beach House.
They have both been set up to ensure everyone has the space they need to enjoy their holiday the way they deserve to.

FUN FACT Bowen Beach House's lower "bar room" was originally built by a Catalina pilot stationed in Bowen to protect our shores. It also has the first fresh water well sunk in the Bowen township in the early 1940's in the front yard on the left.
